Very nice story! You really get a good sense of pace, and the characterisation of all them is spot-on. It's great to read a kidnapping story where the kidnapped gets out of their prison by themselves - of course, that's the Gene Genie we're talking about, so no surprises there :D Loved it, really, great work :o]

Great read. The way the story alternates between Gene and Sam really captures the progression of the action and heightens the tension.
