I certainly agree with your views on the Slytherins!

Fred and George have always appealed to me as characters, and you're bringing out one of the reasons I like them. Everyone brushes them off as pranksters who have little to offer in terms of substance. It's not unlike the way the Slytherins are brushed aside as "evil" or Neville/Crabbe/Goyle is always assumed to be a total idiot.

When Fred and George left Hogwarts it was the final proof of that wisdom that reaches well beyond their years. Their realization that it just doesn't matter in the end was brilliant, and I don't think any of the characters in the books really understood what had happened. I have my doubts that Harry, Ron, and Hermione will ever really understand what Fred and George do. You're giving me hope that one Slytherin might.

nice, nice story. I don't hate Pansy, but I also don't pay her much mind, generally. this is a very convincing image of her. I like her like this.

Didn't find much wrong about this, besides the SCARY STALKING THAT GEORGE AND FRED ARE DOING. I'm kind of unhappy with that. It's OOC and it's freaking me out, but whatever floats your boat, I suppose.
Now, the second thing I find out of character and done a bit wrong, is Pansy in general. She should be a bit more...Pansy. She needs to be meaner, more vindictive, or it's -just not PANSY-. I'd like to see how you'd go about making Pansy do something to Ron/Hermionie/RandomGryffindor without provocation, because that IS something she'd do. Now, I don't have anything against Slytherin, I like them better than the Gryffindors, but keep it more OC. (This is also a problem with my favorite fandom, X-Men Evolution. Many Brotherhood-sympathizers[don't get me wrong, the Brotherhood are AWESOME and they're such KICKASS LOSERS and I adore them half to death] have them all goodguys with morals and wouldn't-hurt-a-fly personalities, but it's just WRONG to have them all nice and chummy because they're NOT. I LOVE it when they do something endearingly stupid in a fic. Back on subject. Whoo.) I want to see Pansy belittle some unsuspecting victim and ENJOY it, because that's what she does, at least in the book. I'd LOVE to see if you can do that but still let us be Pansy-sympathetic. Judging from what I read, you could DEFINITELY pull that off. See, the thing I love most about good guys in my favorite fandoms-XME and HP, I guess- is that the GOOD GUYS AREN'T PERFECT. I LOVE it when the good guy(or the person whose view we're in and sympathize with)throw temper tantrums, act vindinctive, etc. Because it's more believable that way. People, obviously, object and say what an ass they are to do that when they're the GOOD!Guys, but seriously. What person, 'good' OR 'bad,' doesn't have a bad day and decides to seep off the anger by unleashing it on someone else? It'd be shallow and hypocritical to dislike Harry for being snippy with Ron/Hermione and biting off their heads and to get mad at Scott for being an ass to the BH in NGD. And...I'll SHUT UP NOW. SORRY. /end rant.
I really like your writing skills. Envy. I review, yes, but I can't write. If I could write like you...Yeah. I'm really, really, enjoying reading this. In your next one, I'd LOVE to see a bit of the Slytherin Quidditch team and how they take the defeat of the Quidditch cup (Adrian Pucey is gone *tear*)...but that's just me. Ignore me, for I babble.

Good chapter. I shall start with the problems I saw, though...
George and Fred...? Um. Er. I have to beg to differ. While it it true that they haven't bashed around Slytherins as much as the others(the Gryffindors usually don't anyways, unless provoked or unless it's Draco flouncing up in their faces...), I find it unlikely that they'd just shoo off people like that. Maybe they'd tell them to lay off, but not in the way that you describe it. However, it makes for a good plot bunny, I suppose.
What I would have liked you to hit on in this chapter was the uneasiness Pansy may have felt, like if she thought "What if they discover the Chamber of Secrets? Will they chuck us out when/if they found out?" and blah blah like that...um, yes. I would have also liked to see her reaction to the fact that the Basilisk had been defeated/Voldemort defeated/CoS discovered, etc. Maybe that's in the next chapter, if it is, sorry.
Also, the Gryffindors just randomly finding her and cornering her and going to attack her...Nuh-uh. Nope. Not gonna happen. Good plot twist, but pretty OOC. But I guess there CAN be some bad apples in Gryffindor if there are good apples in Slytherin...
Now, "Her future was pretty much mapped out. She would marry a distinguished family, one that was either a pureblood like Blaise Zabini’s or one who was rich like Marcus Flint. " I ABSOLUTELY-I...I love that. I really do. That's just one of the best things I love about this fic, the tiny tiny details(PLUS, AGAIN, The Mentioning of Marcus Flint xD). While this fic has it's flaws, OOCness and (understandable, as it's in PANSY'S VIEW) biasness, little details fix it up. I just love that. It's so LIKELY, it might as well be in the BOOK that that would happen, because it probably does [happen.]Along with: "Her own home had been years of cold parental care. She had been spoiled, that she could own up to; but she couldn’t remember even seeing her parents all that much throughout her childhood. Instead, a seemingly endless parade of nannies and governesses had been her mainstay." and
"She could list off for twenty minutes all the children she knew who had seen their parents die before their eyes… and they could remember." Yep. More, too, but that'd just crowd up this box more than it's already crowded...*has a tendency to ramble/digress/be longwinded*
I also like the characterization on Pansy so far. But for heaven's sake, PLEASE DON'T MAKE THIS A FREDorGEORGE/PANSY FIC.
Yeeheah. I hope I didn't sound mean or anything. I really, REALLY like this fic and the way it's going, it's a hell of a lot better than a lot of crap I've read. It's not "omg grifindores sux and slythrins r00l, hrry is an idot, ect." You have 238901289038 tons of approval. Congratulations.

Nice. I really like this idea-however, it's slightly OOC. Draco is NOT a caring person and he would never teach Goyle and Crabbe. If he did, it would be with LOTS of persuasion and he'd still treat them like scum. And keep Crabbe and Goyle stupid, please. It can be endearing if you write it well.
I absolutely love the fact that they purposely score lower. It sounds so cool, and it's believeable that they do that. I hope you continue to hit on the fact that Pansy is ugly(pug-faced, more correctly). I like how she feels so biased at, even if it IS justifiable sometimes. I'm pretty Slytherin-sympathetic, but don't go overboard. A lot of Slytherins are NOT NICE PEOPLE.
I hope you're not a Ron-hater. He'd probably burst out like that, being Ron and being a bit bad at keeping a latch on his lip, but try not to completely bash him, eh?
Oh, plus, there ARE some bad seeds in Gryffindor-Wasn't Peter Pettigrew in Gryffindor too?
But I really like the way this fic is going. I haven't read the other two chapters yet, but I'll review each one. I love this idea, and I HAIL YOU FOR USING MARCUS FLINT. Oh gods I love his ugly crooked-toothed hulking badmannered mug. *is amused*

that scene in the book always got to me. it was just so *unfair*. and there just babies, kids expect adults to be fair, there supposed to be. adults are supposed to know better, and to have all that thrust on you at once, knowing that you will *never* be accepted for who you are, *never* seen as anything but evil, because adults are no better then children... I can't imagine that. wonderful fic.

Good story. I like this. Slytherin is often mistreated. I mean, from that perspective the house cup thing really was a bit unfair. However, after seven years, I think it was time for another house to win. I'm not a huge Slytherin fan myself, but I do admire them. I've never been sorted into Slytherin(I'm a Ravenclaw), but I do think we need their ability to make things work no matter what. And all that prejudice is ridiculous. The best way to stop evil is not always to go after it with a sword, but often to love the other person having compassion on them, remembering, that in reality, we are all human.

Even Voldemort, at one time, was Tom Riddle, a boy with dreams, hopes, fears. He made the wrong decisions, but he is still human. I think we often forget who our real enemies are: Satan, the world system, and ourselves (our inward sin nature).

Keep reminding us that Slytherin ambition does not always lead to evil. One can be ambitiosly good.

..I so love this fic. I haven't read the third chapter yet (don't worry, I will) but I adore the way that you've portrayed the Slytherins. In fact, it's why I wrote my fic Hope. I really like how, in this chapter, you put Fred and George in to sort of balance it...I mean, you've portrayed Gryffindors so negatively, but that was only Pansy's opinion, and throwing F&G in shows a more realistic portrayal IE: not all Gryffs are bad either. I don't know what I'm saying, or if this even makes any sense. Ah well. Point is, I like it, I think it's wonderful, and keep writing.
