Ooooh, geez, this is dark. But I like it, maybe because I never heard of a similar story before. Very good, even if this basically is just a twisted story.

DAAAAARRRRNNN! My gosh, what a letter! That was great writing-and you never read the book! It kinda makes a person wonder just what kind of man Rowen was to regularly sleep with different people, not even remember what they looked like, no matter how beautiful they were, and then commit suicide over learning he had a son he never got to know and that there was someone out there who loved him more than life itself and died for it (tho I find it a tad hard to believe Sage managed to write and post the letter after cutting himself). I didn't feel sorry for Sage at all, it seems he got the longer end of the stick in life, a better time of it. Great job!

OMG! That was an amazing story, one of the most original I've read. It was really sad and surprising. I enjoyed it a lot! Hope you continue writing great fics like this!
