It's cute and very believable. I haven't watched the more recent Scrubs, so I don't really know Denise; but, I can imagine Elliot in exactly that light. Also, the occasional "frick" and "like" rounds out a nice Elliot experience. Good job.

Okay, this is awesome, and cute. You've got an interesting ballsy Denise, who I think, is true to charcter. She's just the right level of bitchy without being unlikeable. Denise's exasperation is believable...as is her solution to the whole situation. And congrats on 40 stories now!
