Before I start writing then submitting my review, I have to say this as a mandatory warning: I have very little knowledge on the Subject of Hetalia - Axis Powers.

Now, for my actual review: this was pretty amusing, particularly with the frozen maple syrup effect (which, strangely enough, does not happen to my maple syrup of... lower? I'm not sure... quality) and the over-the-top reaction to good, Canadian pancakes. Though I'm not sure if you got the characters right (since I don't know any of them in the first place) but they were pretty amusing.
