Oh, this is fun! I like it! Though... I'm a little confused as to the relations. The Black family adopted a Japanese (part Mazoku) witch who married into the Potter family? Is that what happened? Seems like it would be easier to make him related through Jennifer... But then, that loses the Mazoku connection, and Shouma might not be full Japanese, considering that the Mazoku heritage on Earth started in Switzerland.

xD I liked the hinted Gwen/Harry. Had it been more obvious, it would have been moving too fast for people as private as Harry and Gwen are.

Although it was confirmed that Yuuri can speak Japanese while in Shin Makoku at a later point in he story, it's no big deal. And as an even less big deal, it's mentioned in the novels that the language of Shin Makoku has a different grammatical structure than Japanese. Hooray minor details!

xD I wanted to slap Harry on the back and buy him a drink hen he berated Wolfram in the closet. Though he doesn't know the full situation - that Yuuri willfully forgets about the engagement when he isn't reminded - it'd still be a better idea for Wolf to trust Yuuri a bit more. Yuuri's too much of a wimp to start anything, anyway.

It would have been nice to get more than an overview of what was happening. In some ways, this read more as an outline. A whole story condensed into one chapter. What was happening in Shin Makoku at the time? Harry is obviously becoming closer to Gwendal as Gwendal teaches him strategy and gives him gifts, so it would be nice to see that character development happen. The confrontation with Wolfram in the closet would have been even more satisfying if we had felt the drawn out buildup of the tense relationship and fully understood the emotions and motivations of both characters. Harry pulling the knife out to cut Yuuri free from his stirrups would have felt more natural if we'd already known why he had the knife, so you wouldn't have to put in an aside. xD That sort of thing. This chapter could be expanded into ten chapters by adding such details and more carefully developing the relationships!

I liked it. There was only one issue I wanted to throttle you over. Conrart (Conrad) is not a lord of the Demon Kingdom since his father is a human. His name is Sir Conrart Weller, NOT Conrart von Weller!

And you do make a good Harry.

But as in your plot, it seems as if Harry is wisr and more powerfull than all other, even Yuuri (power) or Gwendal Günter...(wisdom)!

I mean: sre Wolfram acts foolish sometimes as do the others, but thei are old and have wisdom if it is needed.

And in the term of power.

As the KKM says only after defeting the "creastor" Yuuri can travel on his own trough the dimensions and here you not oonly give this ability to Harry but also let it seem so easy.

But in my opinin the demons are more wise tahn Harry and Harrys power is not nearly enough to challenge Yuuris power ever.

you yourself have it make semms as if the wand is a catalyst of the magic.

But Yuuri can use all elements without contract and even in human land. So i think only age and his wand are making Harry powerfull (rill now) were Yuuris power is his alone and is very deep and soid.(this is also the meaning of beeing the maou as i see it:(next to others) to be the most powerfull magician who is only to be challence by many(who act as one) and only with the help of a catalyst to strenghen their magic/power))
