I read this a few weeks back but it has stuck with me and I thought I'd let you know how much I enjoyed it. I'm not usually one for farce; all the zany hijinks can sometimes wear thin to me after a while, but I loved this story! I think François de Poulignac needs his own revue! Everything was hilarious, from Bruce's jealousy to Jean-Paul "typing" with no power to Joker's insane belief that the "cheese-eating surrender monkey" was Batman. Brilliant.

nice. a glimpse of selina's past, at last. and bruce gets jealous. actually more miffed than jealous. i like that it's not blown out of proportion. Basically quashed when Selina realizes it and reassures him while they fix the generator. how romantic.

as for what happens next with the joker. quite surreal. entertaining but surreal.

I have never read a story that had made me laugh so much! Thank you!

I adore the way you've turned this into grand farce. I have been wondering lately, though, about the characterization of Babs. Selina doesn't seem to like her all that much, and that's okay; there's no reason why she should. OTOH, I find it a little hard to believe that Barbara would obsess over 67 shades of white, or that she'd drive everyone insane with little wedding details. It seems a little too shallow for her. Your Dick Grayson does seem a little clueless sometimes, too, but that's okay. Much as I adore the boy, I have to admit that he knows how to put his foot in his mouth! One question, though: why *do* you give him such weird dreams? :)
