I also liked how Light didn't regret killing L. In a lot of fics, he's all "Oh, L really WAS my BFFL. I miss him so much, and now I'm gonna go slice my arms up to bits in a bathtub."

I did not expect that chapter title. I did not expect that ending. I did not expect anything. Everything was tossed around and thrown into this and I find it so awesome that you could do that so easily, make it realistic, and yet unpredictable!
