Hey dude, to make the music filled story awesome, you should add different Disney cartoon characters singing like:

King Triton singing Transformation from Phil Collins, (while turning her daughter into a mermaid and turning Prince Eric into a merman.)

Prince Eric singing Blue Eyes from Elton John to dedicate the song to his wife Ariel.

Ariel singing Someone Saved My Life Tonight from Elton John to dedicate the song to her husband Eric, (for saving her life from Ursula.)

Ron Stoppable singing The Spy Who Loved Me from Carly Simon to dedicate the song to his girlfriend Kim.

Kim Possible singing I Can't Fight This Feeling Anymore from REO Speedwagon to dedicate the song about her feelings to Ron.

I love your story, because you should really turn it into a movie, because I know it has a stage and a dance floor, but it will be awesome if you add a big backdrop behind the stage like the one from "Elton John The Red Piano".:)
