I'm afraid that the final exchange between Damiana and De Luca is a little ham-fisted, with an unclear meaning. The "how did you know where to find me" and the "you always remain unknown after an assassination" remarks are something of non-sequitirs, with no real reason to say them. The dialogue of that section could do with a bit of an extension.
