That completely took me by surprise. Ah, I love Castiel's blunt honesty. I think you write his character well, even though he's only appeared in a few scenes. I never know what he's thinking.

Breathtaking story. Wonderfully plotted and beautiful characterizations. I was so sad over everything Cas experienced but then we always knew that he wouldn't be with them forever. I'm glad he learned about human love and family. And it's interesting how Dean immediately thinks they won, the war isn't over at all. Lucifer's just back where he was before. In our world there will always be light and darkness, good and evil as Cas said. Their job isn't over, but at least they're together. Also it was awesome that you included the mention of the team. Considering all she went through and that she was falling for Dean, it made sense that if she hadn't thought about them and they were out of sight that they'd be safe. Here's to hoping that CW asks Allison to join SPN if she doesn't come back for SV season 10. :D The boys could use a good woman's help.

Thanks for sharing your story. It had a nice balance of Chloe coolness and vulnerability as well as the Winchester boys doing their thing. Of course Cas can only be a good thing in any story.
