Greece's kitty 9/1/12 . chapter 1...sweet yet sad ... this is awsome |
maidofstrife 4/30/11 . chapter 1How sad. You broke my heart. I love RoChu as much as the next girl, but China with America does sound quite nice... Gah! I can't choose an OTP now. How cruel of you. Oh well, love how you make your fem!China. |
Bleached.Hearts 8/19/10 . chapter 1I love fem!China...especially with Russia and America. Yao is so feminine already..he's practically a woman in my eyes haha. This is well written. I love the emotions and how well China fits with the other characters. Lovely job! |
Furui 4/23/10 . chapter 1 Wow, I don't know why, but being Chinese, I love to see fanfics when China is being sexually abused by Russia (am I being unpatriotic?). Perhaps it's due to the reason that it characterises the Sino-Russian relationship in real life: China always clings to Russia no matter how much the latter hurts her. Wonderful story told with historical reflexions, and I love the part about the US, he really is an idiot. |
First Lady Lestat 4/5/10 . chapter 1for some reason this story reminds me of Hades and Persephone, great job |
0ptimuspenguin 2/18/10 . chapter 1Oh, usually I hate het pairings haha, but this was very good :) |
Resident Fruit Knife 2/18/10 . chapter 1I'm in shock. This is amazingly...wow. Blew my mind away, especially since all three are so well characterized! Not only that, but also the setting, the flow...I'm in love with this story and the pairings. *claps* It was an awesome read. Thanks for sharing with the rest of us. -RFK- |
IceSnowAndGlamour 2/18/10 . chapter 1I loved that, it was written beautifully...you pull off the GB thing, you keep Yao's personality but you add a little something :) You get into her head and capture how she thinks, and I like you show the relationship with Alfred. Nice work :) |
lady-ribbon 2/18/10 . chapter 1That was really beautiful. You captured all the emotion very well, and the personalities of the three main characters were well suited to the story mode. Fem!Yao was written so well, and was such a nice contrast to Ivan. |
GothicGal8541 2/18/10 . chapter 1This story just blew my mind away, good job on this one. I can actually see this happening if China was a woman, and now you've got me inspired to do my own fic about the Cold War Trio. Again, I applause you for this. |
Sweetest Possible Revenge 2/18/10 . chapter 1Pure. Poetry. |
Lady Emzebel 2/18/10 . chapter 1Damn...I want China to be a woman now. This just seemed so much more...real because China is female. America...he's lovely...but an idiot to be sure. And once a-bloody-gain you've written something that makes me want to gather Russia in my arms (a completely impossibly ambition since he's probably about three times my size) and get him a therapist. Stop doing that! No...I lie. Never stop doing that. *sparkly eyes* I love "her little sunflower boy". Heart-breaking and gorgeous. Banzai! L.E |
xblkdragonx 2/17/10 . chapter 1wow this was a beautiful piece of work. I actually felt myself suffocating with China. Lol, I don't know what else to say without bringing in the politics so I'll just leave off with: "Thanks for sharing this. Lovely writing and description." |
Anon 2/17/10 . chapter 1 E, first of all, I'd just like to say I'm glad you allow anon-review. Now that's over with, time for a feedback from me. When I saw the title: Mutually Assured Destruction and the genre, I knew this'll be quite an interesting story to read. And boy, what a story! I loved how you characterized Russia, China, and America. Russia: Still retaining a childlike innocence at times but mostly still downright bat-shit insane. China: Strong sense of tradition and still ever so proud and defiant and also unafraid to dream. America: The idiotic hero that you don't always have to keep your guard up 24/7 to be around with I could tell that the story took place sometimes around the later parts of the Sino-Soviet Treaty of Friendship, when the ideology between them already started to differ but the 'friendship' still held together by a facade by the both of them. OVERALL, anon is very pleased since R/C/A is her OT3. So thank you for writing such a wonderful fiction that satisfied this anon's OT3. |
