I have an abiding love for both Doctor Who and Discworld.

This crossover is very nice - I've always liked the idea of the Doctor making his way around the Disc. And Sam Vimes interaction is always a bonus. The Doctor always does turn up when there's trouble around the corner. And him in the Klatchian Foreign Region? Genius :D

And the last part concerning Death and his OH BUGGER was a pleasant surprise. Loved this oneshot, thank you for writing it!
