Damn it all to bloody hell! How I wish to heaven that I'd never, ever, read this final chapter. Now my heart is just shattered and it's taken me about two hours to calm down enough to write this.

Chapter One was a tad confusing, and I almost didn't go on, but that little voice in the back of my head said, 'no it's a good read.' And it is.

It' a wonderful read. Absolutely brilliant. The intricacies, the inter-woven stories and lives - I'm amazed. Truly in awe. The imagination that went into putting Chapters One-Nine together just boggles my mind! You created characters that are so real, so human, so well-rounded and 'life-like', it's as if I really knew them all.

Then you had to destroy everything like some vengeful God when you wrote Chapter Ten. One sweep of your pen and all the good, all the love, all the happiness, all the future, is gone. You destroyed everything you created.

Why would you do that? Why couldn't you just leave well enough alone? Why did you have to become the Doctor, and swan in to make sure that everyone - and by everyone, I do mean Jack specifically - is as bloody effing miserable as he is? Crap, now I'm crying again, I'm getting a headache from it, and I have no tissues left.

Kyle is adorable. And of course Ianto, and Jack, and Lisa, and the all-around characterization, and sucking in of the odd character here and there. Astounding

This is the first time I've been organised enough to review, but I so enjoyed this story that I wanted to say thank you for the pleasure it gave me. The time frame you covered so skillfully and the ending, while sad, was fitting and gave dignity to your central triad. A great read.

Loved the interweaving of the characters and the back and forth of the story arc. Loved the ending. Sad yet, for some reason so very fitting.

Would have loved to see a glimpse of Jackie's letters to her son!

I enjoyed reading this. it was different enough to get my attention and keep it. I read all the other stuff over the weekend as well.

Lovely. Gorgeous. Heart-breaking. Emotional. This story is so many things and the thing that made it work so well is that you write so well. May you continue to write for years and years to come.

Just waiting for the story to finish before I reviewed. This was perfect and lovely. I loved the jump from character to character, the story told in pieces... not to mention the little side-bar mini-chapters included in every part. Don't make us wait too long for the next one.

I wasn't quite sure what to think of this initially, because I'm not normally interested in stories featuring characters children. Somehow you managed to pull it all togehter, though, and I'm absolutely loving it. You've got me on the edge of my seat waiting for more.

Just getting into thsi story as it's quite demanding but I am enjoying the originality of the story. Guessed about tony and Kyle but it was right and well written. Looking forward to more.

I continue to enjoy your original characters and the unexpected things they do and are.

Wow! Great cliffhanger! The clues leading up to it were well laid into the story.

I was thinking today that if this was a book I'd bought, I wouldn't be able to put it down until I'd read the whole thing. I can't say that about many books.
