Subtly emotional, with drama that isn't overdone. I love the way you described Watanuki's loneliness, and masked it with his usual spaz attacks with Doumeki.

I can imagine this as an actual episode, though I like to imagine that if you were directing it you'd use better techniques than simple flash backs ;)
