I fell in love with the Lord Of The Rings when I first read it back in 7th grade...Boromir was, and still is one of my favorite characters. A complex and tragic character at that. I could never really express how I felt in words during his death in the books.

What you have written is what I, and I'm sure many others feel about the Character. Thank you so much.

The last line of this is simply stunning. It is such a haunting and beautiful idea. I love the whole of this fiction, but that last line... amazing, simply stunning.

Wow! Once again I say it was great! Good job again! They did a good job depicting Boromor in the movie didn't they? They just needed to make him a little bigger to fit the descrpition in the book.

WOW! FINALLY! Someone who gives Boromir what he deserves! Even before I saw the movie and fell in love for me, he was my favorite, and you just put donw in words exactly why. Ur story is on my favorites list, and ont he list of stories that have made me cry most. Gandalf may be the wisest, Sam teh msot loyal in the Lord of the Rings but I think boromir is the greatest because though he was human, he rose above his own mistakes. I have some friends who say 'I want ot be liek Arwen!" or "I want ot be like LEgolas (substitute 'Aragorn' or 'Frodo') but I Tell 'em that the best they could possibly do was be partly as good as Boromir. The others are to remote to be great...but not him. Luv ya, Boromir, miss ya.
