I thought HS makes the infectee

crazy and they eventually die via

formication after hitting the 5th stage.

I would assume that since he woke up,

it meant they found a way to cure him.

The story is over...but...i..can't stop...crying...

Great job! Fave couple from Higurashi.

This was beautiful. I loved the kissing scene; it had all of that awkward first kiss and passion in it. The end was a bit rushed, though. I think you should've dived a bit more into the reactions of the other characters before finishing things off. (:

W-well... Shion gets to be with Satoshi now. Right? In theory? ((If Higurashi does contain a Heaven and a Hell, I don't really think Satoshi went to Hell.))
