Such an emotional, fantastically written piece. I can't get enough of your writing style! I can see how Wheeler could be fall into the habits of his father, even when he so strongly disagrees with it. He has such a vulnerability. I love how you portrayed both Linka and Wheelers emotional vulnerability, but still allowed their strengths to shine through. Love it!

Awesome ending, it wasn't all lovely dovey and unrealistic, but really captured that Wheeler was starting to heal and it was just the beginning of the process. I really hope you have another story in the works and I can't wait to read it.

I like that Linka keeps pushing Wheeler to realize that those actions were not the real him, but Wheeler clouded by alcohol. I can't wait to see the last chapter and more stories!

The images you paint with your writing are very vivid, excellent work. I have to say though I really don't like Wheeler at this point!
