I quite enjoyed this piece of fiction. You have a very clear and effective writing style. Fuu's loss of her child and family are heartbreaking, but I love the way you tied up loose ends with her finding Ferio. This story was very unique and quite a pleasure to read.

I don't know WHY I haven't reviewed this yet, but here it goes.

The idea of an author's favorite pairing concieving a child together is what you might call old news. It's been done about a million times before, probably a billion, but who's counting? However, the idea of LOOSING the child is sheer brilliance, especially in a fandom like MKR, where most of the story takes place in happy, perfect Cephiro. So to have Fuu and Ferio's baby stillborn was a wonderful taste of something different, especially where everyone' favorite green haired prince didn't understand what a stillbirth was. Sad, yes, but wonderfully different.

I laughed a little when Ferio was running around Tokyo in his prince costume, and I was very much amused when he told Fuu that he'd pawned some stuff from Cephiro to buy the plane ticket, the house, ect.

I liked how everything sort of works out in the end. The baby's still dead, and Fuu's mom still hates her, but hey, she has Ferio. I have no doubt in my mind that they'll haave a successful pregnancy somewhere down the line and soon enough they'll be very happy parents.

One question- where the hell are Hikaru and Umi? You'd think that a fellow Magic Knight would be a little more sympathetic towards a scared and pregnant Fuu, especially realizing who the father was and how much they really were in love. I know it's a F/F fic, but still. . .

Overall, it's a very good story. It was well written and deserves a good review. Good story, good story! Encore, encore-

But it's true... I's a lovely fic...

Wow...beautiful story. It conveyed a lot of the emotion between Fuu and Ferio (my fav MKR couple, by the way), and was appropriately tragic. A bit more transition between the conflicting feelings would have been the cherry on the sundae, but excellent nonetheless. ^_^
