I think this chapter moved too quick, to the point I had a hard time getting into any of the characters. The constant switching of points-of-view also made it hard to keep up with. There were also times I didn't have a good sense of where the characters were, like how did Himawari hear that Cartman wanted to kill her. Where was she when he said that?

Some typos I spotted: "pull through" should be "go through"

"I'm have to" should be "I have to"

"where hissed" should be "were hissed"

Keep on writing.

Pretty good start. I can't wait to see what it is Eric has against her. Then again, it's Eric. He's a racist to begin with. Great end line for the chapter. It definitely leaves the reader wanting more. And I love the line from the teacher. "I don't know how to pronounce your name. Take a seat, kid." That's a total South Park line.

OHMYGODTHISISSOINTENSE. I love it! The Butters/Kenny thing was adorable, and the drama between Himawari and her father is so epic. AND DUDE. DUDE. The Godzilla thing! Awesome. So creative and well written.

I really like how, even though Himawari is the focus of the story, she isn't the primary character. She hasn't interfered with anything and instead just brought out the qualities I like in most of the characters. Especially Butters! "E-Eric, she's nice!"
