I like the concept-given that this is a new body for him, and that the Kyrin is still alive (as opposed to the TimeLord), he could hypothetically regain all of his spells. However, I suspect the conclusion will involve him seeing Blue again, and Blue not even recognizing him for who he is.

Great job so far! I'm always happy to see new SaGa Frontier stories. It will be interesting to have a story on the possible future of Rouge and/or Blue, since there was practically no conclusion for them in the game. I've always liked them both a lot.
