I read this ages ago, but I didn't fully understand because it was the first time I'd ever heard of Mary Sue. Thanks for introducing me to her! I'm having great fun writing MS parodies of my own now.

Good story! I especially like this chapter! There are way too many Mary Sues out there! I REALLY like this chapter! Out of curiousity, after reading this, would a story about a girl in Middle-earth who is abused and neglected as a child and when she grows up she turns out all crazy and she decides to take over Middle-earth because she is starving for the attention she lacked while growing up...would that be a Mary Sue? I started writing that story...but I haven't decided whether I should continue it or not. Anyways...this was really good! I can't wait to see how you continue it! Hee hee, Mary Sues are evil!

oooooh! this is really great. this is without a doubt the best mary-sue satire i have EVER read. most people just go, "um, mary sues are dumb." but yours is more subtle and gently mocking of the entire genre. it's classic. can't wait for the next chapter!
