...I can't believe someone actually wrote a fiction based off of a Goosebumps episode, and made it look like the idea was their own.

I don't mean to cause offence, but this sounds a lot like an episode of goosebumps. They had one with an 'instant-tan' that they thought turned them into dogs. The characters here are almost exactly the same too.

Again, I mean no offence, it's just that I noticed the details.
