You drew out the color in both of their characters. I can definitely see Florina just sort of absorbing it at first, not having the guts to say anything about it, then just suddenly letting Hector have it. And of course, he's oblivious, going about under the assumption that all is well.

Hello again, KK. Since I saw this up I thought I'd review as well.

Anyways, this is really good! Of the two fics from you I reviewed today, I think I prefer this one :) Hector and Florina were both in-character, as it was really believable how Florina would finally get fed up with Hector's (admittedly well-intentioned) nagging...and of course, it's understandable why he would feel that way, given canon. Ninian...;_; Anyways, nice work :D

I really loved reading this. The way that Florina stands up for herself here is just perfect. I love the way Hector and Florina interact in this.

I particularly thought that the scene with the allusion to Ninian's death followed by Florina's promise to Hector was really well presented.

Perhaps my favorite part though is Florina and Hector arguing over their future daughter's fate if only because it amused me.
