Wonderful story! Ah, I remember the days watching War of the Worlds on the satellite feed...then they went ahead and ruined it! Still, it was a pretty good series; thanks for the memories!

I have been a fan of War of the Worlds since the first episode. I was not fond, putting it very mildly, of the second/last season, but that is another matter,and a whole other rant.

I loved this story. I think you captured Paul Ironhorse perfectly, and Dr. McCullough as well.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane. I was a big fan of this show. (Well except for the part of how everyone somehow forgot about a world wide alien invasion in the 50s) Then they had to wreck it with the second season. Still, if you have any more like this, I would love to read it.

LOVED this! I used to write War of the Worlds fanfic and wrote for To Life Immortal too. I was feeling nostalgic so I thought I'd see if had any and was surprised to find it and your story. I was a fan of Ironhorse and LOVED your story! I hope to post my old stuff when I get a chance.
