Good job on the story! I love Macross II as well, so let me offer some opinions, if you don't mind. The social structure of the Marduke wasn't explained in the movie, so I understand you making it up to fit the story, but I rather think they were cloned, i.e. don't have parents, just like the Zentradi. I also think Lord Feff is quite aware of his actions, not confused and acts deliberately to save Ishtar, without fear of being eliminated - he did kill some Zentradis on Lord Volf's ship w/o repercussions. I like that bit about him feeling that he's being polluted, good writing there. The story goes from present to past tense, back and forth, and there are some incomplete sentences also. But I do like the whole thing, and hope you write more about Macross II!

Finally a Macross II story! I love the way you write, especially how you portray Feff's emotions and thoughts. Can I ask you to continue this - maybe from Ishtar's view? She did leave Earth with Feff, that should make for an interesting story - how their relationship continues.
