Nice. Sometimes you have to be away from something or someone to realize how much it or they mean to you. This seems to happen during sad times. They both realize and when she comes back they will both be at the same place and can start again or continue their relationship.

Very nicely written, but so sad! I loved the way they were both looking in each other's direction at the end, but I sure hope they were able to sort things out and find the closeness they'd had before. :o)
