I can see Redeye doing a runner with Tugmug just to get away from all the wannabe parents, he might decide to see if Shiner might want extra help for some gigs (so neither of them would actually be in charge).

I'm also wondering if Nadya feels like everything is falling apart? I'd expect a growing suspicion regarding the missing maidens if no remains are found (meaning MIA maidens were not eaten by local wildlife) or none of the settlements they do business with have any of them living or working there (then just where did they go? Things really that oppressive there that they'd sever ALL communication with the Treetop Kingdom and go into evasion?). Would she at some point start a more aggressive investigation of known enemy strongholds to try to find any that may be prisoners within such locations? How would that turn out?
