Beautifully written! The plot is very well developed. I love how Severus and Hermione's relationship depicted; it makes it seem very realistic compared to some of the other fan fictions that I have read. Tosca and Crookshanks are adorable; great job on giving them more of a voice.

I just found this story yesterday an started reading it, so I though I would leave a review for you before I turn in for the night. This story is really good so far and I'm glad I found it.

My main reason for reviewing is to let you know that I absolutely love the password 'Sugar Plum'; I enjoy it mostly because all my friends and I have food-related nicknames and mine just happens to be SugarPlum.

Anyway, great story.

I love their bird forms. Thank you for not taking short cuts in developing a realistic and ethical relationship. I always raise an eyebrow when stories ignore the deep-seated sense of honor that Hermione and Snape show.

This is one of the best stories I have read about Snape and Granger. I definately can't wait to see what happened in book two. This book was well written, very detailed, and awesome story line. You did a great job, will be looking forward to anything else you have written.. Great Job, keep it up! You are a fantastic author and writer. Not many can write a book about Snape, Granger and keep you captivated from the very beginning. Again, fantastic job!

I've read your - so addicted was I, that I read at work - and I loved!

I must say I wasn't giving you much credit in the beginning, but your story turned chapter by chapter into something incredible!

I loved your Snape and Hermiones's characterization , really amazing how each of them grew as a person - she, finally learning the world is not black and white (been there, done that); him, discovering he can let people in, even if it's just a little - and, of course, created a bond. Truly amazing!

I must say, though, I didn't like Ron and Harry's characterization. In my view, they wouldn't act the way they did.

Now, I'm off to read book 2 - anxious 'til the bones!

I really loved it and I like how you made a cliched story a bit different, I haven't yet read about something like this and so far I like it very much and am kinda in the middle of the sequel and can't wait to finish what you have written. Anyways keep up the good writing.
