Good story, good story, GOOD STORY! Man, I love your stories! They really are great. They draw you in so quickly and I found myself really liking Corbin...a lot. And you have to sympathize with the guy that he's always being compared to Spike, no matter what.

I also like the fact that you left out the romance at the end of this part. Even though I think I'm a complete Corbin/Faye shipper at this point, it would have been too fast and too cliched if it had happend all of a sudden in th last chapter. Nicely done. *bows to you*

Can't wait for you to start the next section! But can completely understand that you probably need a break! Have fun with that, but don't disappear! .

Excellent! A long-awaited ending. But I'm glad, also, that you're not totally finished with this series yet; Corbin's become a favorite OC for me.

I am so strangely addicted to your story. When I frist read the summary for it, I thought the idea of a Spike clone was lame, and would suck. I only just watched the end of the series, so I'm still sort of licking my wounds. My head was not unlike Faye's in this story: "A Spike clone? Lame. He'll probably just be a stupid copy that replaces the original and goes for a happy-sappy ending that invalidates Faye's emotions not to mention Spike's entire dramatic death scene...

But then I started reading "To Heal All Wounds", which led me to reading this, and what do you know: I'm hooked. I care about Corbin and his fate, I want Faye to like him for him and not Spike, I love your writing style and your dialogue and how I'm never quite sure (and neither is the character) how much of #26 is Corbin, how much is Spike, and how much is Spike-potential.

I love how Ed said their spark was different, and then I doubly loved Corbin staring into the mirror and obsessing about the remark as it saying it out loud had made all of his insecurities about his identity real and no longer private.

So... update soon. Because I want more. I really do.
