In light of Ghost Story, this fic made me laugh. On a serious note, very well-written. I think you did a decent job of capturing Harry's voice.

I sincerely hope its something like this. I mean, the series can't be over, the whole Black Council thing is nowhere near resolved. Besides, the last few lines of the book kind of imply that something interupts the process of Harry dying. Has anyone heard if there's going to be another book? Or was this Butcher's way of cutting off the series?

Harry had a bannanna peel moment, avoiding the heart shot. While painful, it isn't a death blow. Also we know it wasn't kincaid, as he'd have done a head shot

It would be cool to see Harry get payed,blackmailed,etc to defend the person or being who sort of killed Harry from Mab. Mab could force,etc Harry to find the person who sort of killed him without Mab using the final deal she made with Harry.

Great idea! This would be a great way for Harry to get out of the deal. Something like this had better happen...for Jim Butcher's sake. *cue evil laughter*

Entirely plausable. I don't think Mab would be stupid enough to think Harry did that on purpose. I think you should continue the story. you have talent

I have heard that theory, but it's nice to see it played out in fanfiction. Also, It's nice to see that Harry was resurrected with his snark/smart-assness intact.

I thought (hoped) something very similar to this when I got to the end of 'Changes'...after I finished screaming at Jim Butcher through the book. ("Why would you do such a thing? Agh!")
