Excellent, I loved the insight into the training, and into the relationships Marken is forming with the others. Can't wait to see what's next. Just poke me by message when you update as my alerts still aren't working. Excellent picture of Illúvien BTW!

Another lovely chapter, not quite as bittersweet as the last one, but no less enjoyable. It's nice to see Geralt, Eskel and Vesemir showing interesting but quite different personalities... they seem to suit each other well.

I did spot a couple of things that might be typos:

"That night they camped in the lee of a small copse of stunned trees." - Should 'stunned' be 'stunted' ?

"The scar-faced man grabbed the flask from him and took a hearty swing." Should 'swing' be 'swig'?

I'm looking forward to the next installment, and to maybe meeting some more witchers!
