Whoa! Perfect story so far. Your description of Iceman reminded me a lot the actor himself (Val Kilmer) about the perfection thing.

First best line: "It would just make him happy that it bothers you so much being in second place behind him. And the last thing we want is making Iceman happy, isn't it? After all he could melt…" - Jesus! This guys 'love' him!

Second best line: Probably not important enough to be visible on Ice's radar. Stupid, arrogant, self-centred son of a bitch. - This is so Maverick like.

This story worth it's title: but it will become perfect if Maverick don't stay between Ice anda Slider, but you already know I'm a fan of this last pair, right?
