Well there is one problem. You said lij instead of frodo or 'dop or whatever... I think we all can deal with that mistake eh? LOL. Very cute in an odd yet short way. (did that make sense...oh well just take it as a compliment. *grin* I admit I was hestitant for real person fiction at first (my first run across it was a N*sync story that creeped the frick out of me...then I found lord of the rings r.p.s. I have been ever change since. Great Job even though I don't got the frickin' guts!

This is all FANFICTION! And ffnet knows about what a lot of people write and mostly about whom they write! And they allow Slash stories! You agree in your stories that you don't own or harm the persons and that's it! IT is fiction and nobody believes that whoever you write a story about REALLY ARE the way you think or wish they are!

Nobody EVER flamed Savage Garden Fics and they ARE REAL people! Go on, find out about some really nice and slashy stories about Orlando and Darren Hayes! Oh yes people and they do FUCK each other! Who cares? Why do you have to read these stories if ya hate them?

I agree just in one thing: Eliah and Orlando fics don't belong in the category Lord of the Rings!

Oooo come on, why did you change it to Frodo/Legolas. Elijah and orli was good, it is a sweet story and if people don't like it just ignore them. Write more stories like this.

Well, I'd probably would leave a good review as long as the idea's as sweet and original as this fic.

I really loved it and if anyone flames Miss Brandybuck any further they're going to get lots of flames ... by me and other people I know. Cuz this fic is far better than most of these Mary-Sues ...

...I reviewed this story a couple of days ago, and apologise hugely for the crappy review i gave it. had i read one of those on my stories, then i would have been greatly offended, if not hurt.

when i reviewed this, i was in the ultimate bitch of a mood, and in being so, was not even remotely kind. your story is not bad, your style and everything that counts is good. i found only one thing, there was a problem in the disclaimer...for disclaiming something like that could be a problem, but you've probably fixed it.

anyway, basically saying, you deserve one hell of a lot better review than i gave you, and if you forgive me for it i'll be shocked to buggery. a few words only: keep writing...reviews shouldn't really matter, and flames are annoying, rest assured you have learnt that. listen only to the advice you want to heed, for it will be the only stuff thats useful to you.

keep writing, you are good at it, do not mind me or the other bitches.

Good move, changing the names. Now it's a fiction that won't run the risk of cease and desist orders. It does happen. I've got one from Lucasfilm from the 70s to prove it.

as far as the other marysue/RP fics are concerned, it's easy for everyone to turn an indulgent blind eye their way because they are so obviously borne of the hormonal pre-teen crush and are very harmless and even funny. However, in this sexually prejudiced world in which we live, throwing two real actors together that way can and will cause a negative reaction. And possible legal intervention. I've seen it happen before. So it's good to stay on the side of the law.

Okay, first of all, I just want to say, anyone who would come in here just to bitch about someone elses work is pathetic.

I don't really like slash either, but coming in and moaning about it isn't gonna change all of it! Obviously it did from a real-life view to LOtR view, but only cause you people wouldn't shut up!

I like your use of words Miss Brandybuck. Like I said, I don't really like slash, but I thought it flowed very nicely.

Why'd you actually change it? It's your work, and if you think it's good, it's good. Plus, the facts actually work better in their natural "characters" (and the actors are "characters" for all you did was borrow and twist their public personas). If some people actually have their heads far enough up their asses to give this a bad review based soley on the characters and content, when they've been warned it's slash and features the ACTORS from LOTR, not the characters, that's their problem. Just do your thing, and don't worry about what others think.

Alrighty...firstly, I would like to say I found this story sweet. I usually don't like reading stories like this, but I have to say I found this cute.

Also, I think a bunch of people are making a big deal out of this story- no offense to any of you, I understand where your coming from, but I hardly think that this small story would make an impact on Elijah Wood or Orlando Bloom's career. I don't think this is going to hit the newspapers around the world, taking offense that this person wrote about Orlando Bloom and Elijah Wood being gay.

Also, I doubt that either of these actors would care enough to sue the author.

So please, let the author have some fun. Its not going to change the world if she writes about Elijah Wood and Orlando Bloom being together. Its not that big of a deal, and I stick to my belief that this fanfic will not make that big of an impact on these actors careers, nor do I think they will care enough to sue.

:D As for what I think of the fic- I really did find it sweet. Keep writing!
