That was beautiful. I loved every single word. Your characterisation was still spot on, and the interactions between the two nuns had an underlying... current - a charge. Wonderful :)

That was very sad, although highly realistic. Throughout Zuana's perspective in "Sacred Hearts" we see that Chiara is a great influence upon her, and also that to some extent she idealises the abbess. You've shown that beautifully :)

I read the book and Zuana greatly intrigued me too, as did her friendship with Madonna Chiara. Your characterisation is excellent, and you were very true to the book. Lovely writing :)
