It seems like your stories can always add more depth to characters, yet still stick to the canon. I liked this quite a lot, since it showed deeper sides of Scar and Zira (my favorite characters) without sticking just to the all evil, all the time thing. I doubt you would ever read this review, but I just had to say this.

I know its been a while since you finished this but I had to read it and I was amazed at how wonderful this story was. I liked your idea of how Zira came to the pride and how Vitani and Kovu were not Scar's children. Any way great story. Oh, this was an incredibly good insight into Zira's and Scar's lives at Pride Rock, and almost made me sorry for Scar. (almost!) I only wish you wrote more on Simba's and Sarabi's reunion, because you write TLK so well!
