WAA! This made me cry! I just want to say that I'm happy that you didn't make Daisuke's dad all abusive and stuff. You're right, a lotta people do that. But his parents eem perfectly nice to me.

Now lets get something straight. If there is an official comic relief character in Digimon, its Motomiya Jun. I know you probably didn't mean it bad, but I'm very sick of people stating that Daisuke/Davis is some kind of bash-dummy for everyone to take their frustrations out on. Now to kill that theory off for good let's think about the fact that practically all of Davis' stupidity and the nasty remarks from the rest of the team were made up by the American dub. The original Daisuke is much less annoying/stupid and his teammates are nicer to him. So there! *scowls at ChibiRaye-chan*

I very much liked it; it's something you don't see all that much, you know? Ending a bit cliche, but that's not bad. :) Also, the part where you said "If I were her, I'd fight with her about the fact that she's cheating on me" was a little confusing.

However, I like the feel. I like the flow. I like the sentiment. And I like the fact that there's a fic about Dai's dad.
