this is a cool, sad fic. I really liked the part where the two actors/ acrobats died (can't remember their names, damnit). It was really... touching?... can't explain... X well, anyway, can't wait for more!

Really, really good story. I love the whole description of Harry's impending insanity, and the way Severus is drawn into his life (Sev! Yay!). And the insertation of Sirius and James also works as well, and the how Harry fears that they're a plot... Really, really great story!

If Harry ever returns to Hogwarts - I've read fics in which he, once captured, just died there - he's never going to be the same again, that's for sure. He's absolutely bonkers. It was probably not your intention to juxtapose Harry with other kids his age, but the contrast between normal kids (Hermione and Ron) and Harry is huge. Even James and Sirius seem younger than him in comparison. Poor kid. The iron pole is the most disturbing part. Br.

I love this story. Please continue updating. It's just getting exciting. Thanks.
