Short, but sweet. Or should I say bittersweet?

Anyways, it was good. Nice ending, especially the reiteration of the last sentence. Added a little bit of dry humor there. I thought it was going to be one of those crappily structured tiny things that are running rampant these days, but I was pleasantly surprised.
