"Namikaze Uzumaki Naruto" chose one or the other. Eastern Cultures, like Naruto's (Japanese), don't do two last names. They do one. And since most of the time when marrying into a clan you take the clan's last name, Namikaze Minato most likely took Kushina's name if they married.

Hmm... it's okay. No major plot so far, which is okay, seeing as how Naruto is still settling himself in to life in Mahora.

Excellent grammar, by the way. Although, the honorifics shouldn't be capitalized and should be connected to the name with a dash (-). For example, Naruto-sensei, Negi-kun, Jii-san. Right now it seems that they're last names are those honorifics and that every time they are saying a person's full name.

And... that's it. I'll be keeping a lookout on your story.
