Great fic, it felt like an episode! I could easily see Dick trying to prove himself and winding up hurt like this. Poor Bruce, nearly had heart-failure seeing his kid like that! Doesn’t Dick realize how important he is to the Batman? I think he does now :)

I loved this story so much. I think it captures the characters of the trio and it was so a wonderful read. Please keep em coming.

I'm a big fan of The Batman series- the only problem I have with it is that Dick is suppose to have blue eyes not green but that's nothing big.

This was really emotional- almost had me crying D:

Good thing this had a happier ending than Jason Todd's time as Robin ending (shudders)

I really liked this story and wish it actually was an episode of 'The Batman'. I'm glad someone wrote to that 'universe'. It was a very well written story and I appreciate you writing and posting this. :)

Awwww, I feel all warm and fuzzy now I've read this. I love the bit at the end about them being a family and I think you got Robins/Dicks character spot on :)

I like how this came out! Everyone seems IC. And strangely enough, I'm particularly fond of Barbara's characterization even though she often drove me nuts on the show. She was like an older copy of Jade from Jackie Chan Adventures. LOL. Her scenes in the hospital here were really sad.

The scene of Robin being beaten was very vivid. The gangsters were so cruel!

You're right about the ending scene too. It was done very well! I love Batman's/Bruce Wayne's characterization. And Dick realizing that he had made a big mistake, but also coming to think of them as a family unit.

There's a few typos throughout, but they don't detract from the enjoyment of the story. Good job!
