Wonderful story so far ] I can tell you put a lot of thought into the explanation of her, and why she's like this. I like the goddess idea; roll with it and use names of real gods and goddess' (for when she talks about her friends in later chapters)

I am enjoying her personality, and loving how in character you are with Urahara. Even with Uryu, you didn't make him some butter cup like others do. He of course will soften up in chapters to come, but I like how distant you made him for the first few chapters. Thats more like how Uryu is in the first few seasons.
