No sequel? After giving something like that? Well-written (when isn't something of yours?), facing yet another common issue (that everyone should be aware of, because even guys can get breast cancer, odd as that is), and true to human nature. You always have a great closing sentence, leaving it in just the right spot. Great story, per usual.

You certainly put a fright in me. I have en incredible fear of doctors in general and this didn't help matters. My mother is an x-ray tech in women's clinic, so I hear about these sorts of things a lot.

Wow, I am not the worlds biggest Jean fan but this moved me. I am 21 and the thought of having breast or ovarian cancer at this age is truely frightening. You certainly did a service to ppl. by writing this fic. Scott's understanding and sympathy was very touching. Good job.
