When I saw that this story hadn't been updated in almost two years, I sadly resigned myself to the probability that you had just abandoned it. However, now that I actually checked, I see that you're actually planning on doing it over.

While I'm relieved that you haven't given up on it, I have to say that I think a rewrite is unnecessary, since I think it's perfectly fine the way it is. However, if you believe there's something wrong with it, then I can't fault you for trying to improve it. I just hope we'll be able to finally see some new content soon.

Even though this is supposed to be Mai's chapter, I found Zuko's small role to be the most interesting. He's kinda like Azula in cannon, but not a carbon copy,which I like very much. I think Mai summed him up pretty well: he doesn't mean to be cruel, he just doesn't know any better.

You're really good at showing how complex the lives of the noble's are; especially for the girls.

Your writing is very, very good and you have done a lot of creative things with this story. You take your time in telling it and I've really enjoyed it. I would really like to read more.
