Rangeralltheway 1/6/13 . chapter 23Fantastic story, loved it, we'll done. |
mssmith 9/6/12 . chapter 1I just have to say this to *guest* dated 8/18/12...this is FAN fiction. If you read ANY of the synopsis...any of it at all, then you would have known right off the bat that this was not going to be kind...AT ALL, to Morelli, and that it was a Babe HEA. If you still read it after reading that, then it's your own fault, not the authors, that you were offended. This is actually one of my favorite FF's, it has SO much depth to it, that it is impossible not to love every word of it. Beautifully done, rangergirl1234...one of the absolute best works of TRUE JE FF out here! |
carrotmusic 8/28/12 . chapter 23What a phenomenal story! It was so convincing - the scary parts were really creepy, and the positive parts were so warm. Thanks for sharing ! |
Guest 8/18/12 . chapter 23 I seriously think its disgusting to denigrate one of JE's characters! Joe made the ultimatum for Stephanie to quit bounty hunting in book 7, but he's backed off ever since! And since book 12 he's just been saying, "Your job sucks!" He has NEVER shown abusive tendencies and has only been caring in the way he treats her, even when she jerks him around and puts him down for being protective of her, yet Ranger only gets an eye roll! I like a good Ranger story, but not at Joe's expense! You're a good writer, so I don't understand why you would write such hateful things! Sorry to say, I doubt I'd read anything else of yours if you can be so cruel to Joe! |
Angela3511 7/11/12 . chapter 23I think someone in jail should teach Morelli what's it's like to be assaulted, to have your sense of control, safety and self-worth ripped away. And then he should die. Very slowly and extremely painfully. Drunk or not, there is NO excuse for what he did. None. But I'm a vengeful bitch. Frank should kick Helen out of the house with only the clothes on her back, and the whole 'Burg should turn on her like a starving lion on a wounded wildabest. See the vengeful bitch comment above. You really put us through the wringer with this one! It was difficult to read because I was so dang angry, horrified, furious and lots of other emotions, but you did an amazing job. Congrats on writing such a gripping story! |
Guest 7/4/12 . chapter 23 I really enjoyed your story. This is the one I always come back to. Thanks for writing it! |
RaVen'sAngel510 5/28/12 . chapter 15I have read your work before & I have enjoyed it. But to be honest with you this chapter made me cry. I know what he feels when he loses it. I understand what Steph went through. But I truly believe that you do also. You understand one of there sides completely. I wonder which one. |
sbabe 5/16/12 . chapter 23Wonderful story. |
rangerbabe.1 5/11/12 . chapter 23Wow.. What an intense but really wonderful story. You made my blood run cold and sent shivers up my spine in the first couple of chapters. A really well written story. Thanks for sharing. |
Vulcan Rider 5/6/12 . chapter 23This has been an incredible story. Incredibly difficult to read at times, because of the sad reality of the cruelty of some people, and incredibly touching for the love and support that Carlos and her close friends gave to Stephanie. Unfortunately, things like this happen all too often, and many of the women don't recover. It is always such a blessing and joy to see that someone who has been so broken and destroyed, can rise from the flames and put their life back together, sometimes even better than before. I loved the therapy sessions, when Carlos was so very honest, and related his fears, pain and love in front of Stephanie. I think that was one of the things that helped her to see him as a human, as just a man, and to love and honor him even more than she had before. I was a bit surprised about Joe telling Helen that she needed to take a good look at herself, if she took the word of a rapist over her own daughter. Especially that he was owning up to what he did, and was able to "call" himself a rapist, because that is what he was. Excellent story, and awesome writing. Thank you for sharing it with us. RaVen'sAngel510 3/23/12 . chapter 23When I first started this story I wasn't sure I would like it. But I loved how you took us throught all the things they had to over come for their H.E.A. Being one of the women out there that has survived being raped by someone that loves & cares for me I understand just how much you have to overcome to feel normal. Good & bad days happen you just learn to live with it. I hope others will learn from your story. What they need to understand is it's a hard lesson. Angel |
