Dude, I *SO* love this version of Jem and the Holograms! The "goody-goody" ** was all well and good when I was 6, but this stuff is much better as grown-ups!! Aren't you going to finish this story?? Coz I wanna know how Pizazz bought the studio. Better still, I want to see the Holograms wipe the floor with Pizazz and the Misfits....maybe have Roxy (the white-haired chick) make an appearance?

It's an interesting concept, true, but there's really no build to establish Jem/Jerrica suddenly being a malcontent. Perhaps some exposition about her personality taking a swerve from canon - or, if this is a different universe judging by the different last names then some insight into the personalities of each of the characters would be in order.

All in all, it seems sketchy and disjointed. There's a pile of blanks that need to be filled, and it isn't happening so far, which leaves the reader confused as to what's going on and more importantly, why it is. The dialog seems as if it could be overheard in a high school bathroom moreso than a recording studio.

I like the idea of an 'edgier' Jem, but the sudden swerve from goody-two-shoes to venomous, candy-scarfing terror is going to take a little building up for it to be accepted by the Jem fans that have a pretty strong image of how the characters act.

PS: Ferocity is a word. Furious is a word. Furiosity is not.

Good writing. I always loved watching Jem when I was younger, even now... my sister is a huge fan and had a few episodes on tape. Write more soon, please?
