How I have wanted that to happen in the series! LOVE the bit about him only seeing her. You know, Kiba and Akamaru were both born on the day of Tanabata, not that Naruto should have let him win or anything! Ah! That line from all those years ago! I wasn't expecting that. Nice! Oh! In the midst of that deliciously romantic scene, you throw in a line that makes me teary eyed: "What did you ask for then?" "That whatever you had wished for would come true," he said simply. And those last two lines! A grin-inducing finish to a delightful fic! |
