I hate Hank Summers. Period. But I did like this fic. You managed to capture pre-Angel Cordelia VERY nicely. Bravo.

Great insight into the Buffy/Hank dynamic. It's nice to see someone who doesn't dismiss him outright, but understands that he did mess up. You created a good balance of what could have happened.

Very good stuff. Its sad but it explains the absence of Hank. Without making it his fault or her fault it's rather the fault of being the slayer.
