heretherenowhere 2/2/11 . chapter 22
So Edward has some explaining and some making up to do. Why didn't he do any cleaning while Bella was sleeping? Vampire speed, and all? Not that I don't get not wanting to clean ...
habebti 2/2/11 . chapter 22
i honestly do not see what the big deal is. Bella did say that she was uncertain about the babay and her in the same house and that she did not want to be a mom. the cullens can visit. charlie can not get to her. she has edward. why the dramatics?
Lainey6714 2/2/11 . chapter 22
she is impossible. the man took her away like she wanted and now she is all picky about where he took her away to. she resigned herself to a fate worse than death and now that she's been saved she's going to pout about the manner of it? really the word ungrateful sticks out like a sore thumb in the end of this chapter.
Merina Green 2/2/11 . chapter 22
Well...I'm still seeing things from Edwards POV - nobody was helping to save Bella, in his opinion, so he did what he thought necessary to save his mate. Reason had little to do with it.
ducksandruns 2/2/11 . chapter 1
I sincerely hope that at least Edward remembers to point out to Bella that she took herself away from them...twice, causing his extreme reactions. The 1st time...well ok, it was for the protection of her child. The 2nd; however, was simply suicide. She knew what they were and therefore, that they were able to protect themselves & the child...so why not her as well. She not only returned to Charlie but she told him what she'd done. She didn't think they were going to sit down & share popcorn after that. The abused don't provoke wrath on that level unless they're hoping it will be bad enough to end it all forever. So, with all that being said, Edward was left no choice & has every right to not feel one moment of guilt over his actions. Bella's overall personality might lend itself to feeling that way for a moment or two, but even this Bella would quickly realize the error in the statement once confronted with the truth.

Really enjoying this story. Can't wait for more!

Well, well.

I really loved Edward tending to her wounds, so gentle and loving as he cared for her. it was sweet. But I kept thinking, he's acting irresponsibly, actually acting like a teenage boy, because he took her away from carlisle, who has so much more experience,a nd from Esme, at a time when Bella might desperately crave and need a mother figure.

I loved that Carlisle and Esme told Heidi what was going on With Bella and her dad. They had the attention of someone in authority, and i'm glad they took advantage of that.

Ok, Jasper playing the dutiful son and affection older brother was just delightful.

i suppose, in some ways, bella's reaction to being taken to England might seem over the top, but I really get it. all her life, people have taken every choice out of her hands, and when they've done that, it's often meant she's in danger, as from her father. Now Edward takes her to another country, far away from the only family she can trust, from the only people who make her feel safe. He did it by drugging her-which is a huge issue to me-and at the end here, it looks like he doesn't care about what she wants. I don't know how Edward can fix it, but just keeping her physically safe from her father isn't enugh. Now he's broken her very fragile trust, and i don't know how that can be resolved. Do we get Cullens coming to the rescue/ alice, where is your gift?

First, let me say that I'm more and more invested in this as it goes...

I loved the whole scene with Edward tending her wounds. It was trust and beautiful and sweet. I loved that she told him that him being angry scared her, and that he tried to control that reaction for her. Perfect. I know she is scared, but I'm hoping that she can remember that so they can work through the pain she feels at the end of the chapter. Surely, once they talk, she will see his logic in taking her so far from Charlie, plus putting some distance between her and Mason. Also, she was already gone from the Cullens lives, by her own choice, before he relocated her, so...I don't know. I know she is scared and I get that she doesn't want decisions made for her, but they just had a whole conversation that basically was Edward telling her she should be able to do what she wants. I don't think he was at all out of line to take her there, and the more I think about it, I'm positive she is for real overreacting. But, she has earned the right to freak out.

Loved Jasper with the baby. Glad that other people are being introduced to the horror of Charlie.

Would you ever consider doing something in Charlie's POV? Might be an interesting challenge, and definately interesting to read.

Thanks for the update!
Bammers 2/1/11 . chapter 22
I agree with what he did though she can't be found she can't run back to Charlie and she really did not want to be anywhere near Mason so whats the problem Loved it very much and update when you can...
SRVampire 2/1/11 . chapter 22
I like Edward's bedside manner. He now has to get Bella to calm down and accept the fact he is the only Cullen she will have around for a while. I hope they use the time to get to know one another better. I look forward to your next update and I hope your son feels better soon.
TheLadyKT 2/1/11 . chapter 22
great chapter...but duh Bella. If the whole family just disappeared, then charlies would have siced the FBI or whatever on them.
bloftus 2/1/11 . chapter 22
Great chapter! Silly Edward...how did you think Bella would react to this...silly boy! Hopefully Bella doesn't go postal on him...lol. Sorry RL sucks at the moment but I'm sure thinks will get better. I hope your son feels better soon and that you find a job.
edwards-girl-4-ever 2/1/11 . chapter 22
another interesting chapter...good job.

On the Charlie matter why not marry the two idea leave him to the prison bullies for a couple weeks and then he dies. That way he gets to live in a fear for awhile and the world is rid of such an evil bully. BTW anything you do will work well because you have told an interesting and heartbreaking tale so far. You have told it with understanding and have not been heavy handed or too over the top. I look forward to the next chapter.

Am I the first to review this chapter?
heretherenowhere 1/31/11 . chapter 21
I'm glad Bella is finally free from Charlie, but I can't help but feel it was a bit stupid of Edward to just drug her and not at least discuss where they're going.

My guess is Ireland. It's hard to get rainier than Ireland.
sachii 1/29/11 . chapter 1
