Nice story! Wow, go Ianto! I like how it's one of the things Jack thinks right away, pride at how he carries himself. And really, that's a very amazing list of accomplishments, what he did, and then he didn't break under the Master's torture too- wow! And I like the idea of Ianto trying to give Jack hope like that, in the end. And the final end is very good. Though poor Gwen- that would be unpleasant, people's opinion of you being so effected by something you have no idea you did. Thanks!

I feel like you totally captured what Ianto would have done during the year that never was. You captured his spirit in this story. And randomly, while I was reading it, "The Ballad of Ianto Jones" from the COE soundtrack came on my playlist that I was listening to and it totally made the story an even stronger read. It went really well together, hahahaha.

I almost cried when Ianto got tortured and shot, but I'm proud that he didn't cry or anything. Trust him to save everyone and not himself.

This is marvellous. I love Ianto's courage, your Master was evilly in character without being over the top, and Gwen's deceit and jealousy seemed very in character.

A difficult story, effectively written. I especially enjoyed the end with Gwen not understanding why Martha seemed wary of her and Jack seemed to trust her less.

aww, that was really sad, like i dont like gwen even at the best of times but to have her betray them like that, especially for rhys after she had been told he was dead, love ianto so much for being so strong and not letting the master break him at all and protecting everyone, even gwen after everything, poor jack having to see ianto die like that, so glad that time reversed, love how martha then interacted with ianto when they met again at torchwood, although a little sad that gwen was so upset with jack not trusting her, really not her fault, although hate that she was jealous of ianto, she doesnt deserve jack, loved this story and cant wait for more

Well, Himalayas seemed a little bit..you know. This is better, Ianto tea boy or not had more experience than Gwen when t come to aliens. bit like Mickey I guess.

OK, the absolute *best* thing about this was Gwen finally got a brain and a back bone. At least Ianto died quickly... You also got the Master's insanity very well. If he weren't so darned evil, he'd actually be a pretty cool character. Kind of like the Doctor on caffeine or something.

Concrit warning! (Feel free to ignore this!)

I couldn't help but notice that you have frequent grammar errors and lots of homophones (words that sound the same but have different spellings and meanings). Grammar is a pain in the rear, but some simple searches help with that. Check out the Owl at Purdue for good comma help if you can, and just reading lots of professional writing and watching their grammar helps too. Homophones are pesky, and the only way to really get rid of them is to get a good beta. The spellchecker and proofreader built in to your word processor (OpenOffice, NeoOffice, Word, Pages, etc.) don't pick up on homophones because you've spelled the word correctly, but aren't using it correctly. (I'd be willing to beta for you if you'd like. I enjoy playing with words, and homphones and I are are arch rivals lol. Again, feel free to ignore it; I just like sticking my nose in other people's writing.)

Overall, your story was very good. I liked the glimpse of what happened to Ianto and Gwen. Keep writing!

I always wondered what the Torchwood team got up to that year. If it wasn't exactly how you described it, it should have been. Fits in beautifully with Season 2. Love it.

I like this story so much that I went and read all your other stories. Enjoyed them all. I love a good Ianto/Jack story and Gwenbashing :D and the stories are excellent. Look forward to more.

I loved this story! Getting this glimpse of TYTNW, knowing what happened to Ianto...nicely done.

And the end was great. Gwen no remembering why things have changed between her and Jack, and the bit of coldness Martha had toward her...cool!
